How in the world are you 12 months! It feels like just yesterday that your daddy and I were welcoming you into the world. With such a tumultuous year, your presence has made it one of the best. God knew we needed you as a distraction from all of the evil and unrest our world is experiencing. You were born for such a time as this.
What a year 2020 has been! As I’m writing this, we are in Utah and 6 out of 7 of us have a confirmed or suspected case of covid. Despite being sick, we have so much to be thankful for, especially this year.
It isn’t an official weigh in, but when I weighed you on an at-home scale, you weighed a whopping 19 pounds! Way to go!
On October 28th, we had your 9 month appointment where you were 18 pounds 9.9 ounces (52nd percentile) and 26 inches (2nd percentile. You’re definitely my child, he he).
This has been my most favorite month so far. You’ve learned so many new skills and you’re becoming so interactive (so.many.giggles). You are (and will forever be) my best little buddy.
I know I say this every month, but I love watching you grow. This month you have become so mobile and it is amazing watching your daily progress towards crawling.
