A Week In Portland, OR, On A $48,650 Salary

Have you seen the article series by Refinery29 called Money Diaries? Two weeks ago, I hadn’t heard of it either until a fellow Portland “instagram friend” (@jennsweats - go follow her! She shares delicious food, sweaty selfies, and started her own fitness clothing brand @gymmatte) shared her love for these diary entries. Being the finance geek that I am, I just HAD to do an entry for myself. I hope you enjoy and left me know if you check out Refinery29’s Money Diary series!

Book 3: On The Come Up

Welcome back friends! Is anybody else ready for this cold weather to go away? I'm ready for those April showers to bring some May flowers. Anyways, welcome back to my 12 book reviews in 12 months series for 2019! This is part 3 of 12 (check out part 1 and 2 if you missed them) where I share a bit about each of these books, my thoughts, how many stars I’d give it (actually it is how many Jericho’s as I’m using his cute face in place of stars. ;) ), and what other books I've read that month. Maybe we'll get lucky and Spring will be "On The Come Up!" See what I did there?

Book 2: Beautiful Bodies

Welcome back to my 12 book reviews in 12 months series for 2019! This post is part 2 of 12 (check out part 1 here) where I share a bit about each of these books, my thoughts, how many stars I’d give it (actually it is how many Jericho’s as I’m using his cute face in place of stars. ;) ), and what other books I've read that month. I thought Beautiful Bodies was fitting with the “love” theme from Valentine’s Day and it being national heart month. Keep reading for the full review!

Book 1: The Masterpiece

Hi Friends! At the beginning of January, I shared 12 of the books that are top on my list to read in 2019. This post is part 1 of 12 where I share a bit about each of these books, my thoughts, how many stars I’d give it, and what other books I've read that month. I hope you'll enjoy this series as much as I will.

2018 Reading List

I’ve always loved reading, but over the past few years, I’ve taken it to a whole new level! It has become my greatest obsession, aside from the hubs and Jericho. ;) Here are the books I read in 2018. Whether you want to learn something new or just get lost in someone else’s world, I hope this list can inspire you to read a little bit more.
